Labour Day holiday in Shanghai

Realized this May 1st holiday was the first time I spent it in Shanghai. Made it a point to go out to look-see, and told myself, never again. Though I probably still will come next national holiday.

    Right. Never travel in China during public holidays.

    Too crowded, these Chinese cities. I was in Xiamen last year and Hong Kong in both years before, all on Labour Day holiday, but I think Shanghai is the most crowded by far
