It was drizzling in Vancouver while cash registers in Seattle Premium Outlets were being filled with our money on Saturday.
Connie (one of my housemates) and I joined this Chinese tour package by Super Vacation, because they offered the best price of $40 for driving us to Tulalip Premium Outlets and back to Vancouver, with a 5-hour shopping stopover.

We were issued VIP Coupon Books (valued at $5, inclusive in tour package) that entitled us to great discounts at various outlets such as Nine West, Levis, etc, and we sure made good use of it!

Connie, the grumpy husband. She was waiting for me to decide what to buy and became really cranky. She’s holding on to our merchandise while I was digging for more good buys. What a lovely companion! Haha.
There’s a limit imposed by the Canadian customs though. You’re only allowed to purchase $50 worth of things, and will be taxed should you exceed that. Only after 48 hours in the States are you allowed $400 worth of purchases. BUT THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NON-CANADIANS! hahahaha
Levis Jeans are as cheap as $27! I’d previously bought one at Robsons Street for $99! Arrgh. That’s it. I’m only gonna shop at outlet stores from now on.
